Our Board of Advisors represents seasoned expertise and “been there, done that” experience providing advice and counsel to our management team as well as the management teams of our portfolio companies.

Al Bush
Retired CEO and Owner of Crop Production Services, Inc., which he sold after growing the company from $95 million to $450 million in annual revenues in 12 years. Mr. Bush has deep experience as a senior corporate executive with Oral Roberts University and The Williams Companies. He currently serves as the General Chairman for the 2007 PGA Golf Championship to be held at Tulsa’s Southern Hills Country Club.

Tom Gray
Vice President for Economic Development at Oklahoma State University’s Center for Innovation and Economic Development. His primary responsibilities are leveraging economic development within the OSU Triangle, attracting technology firms to Oklahoma, and assisting in the commercialization of new technology spinning out of the University.

John Johnson
Managing Member of the Bluestem Resources Affiliated Group providing strategic counsel; business purchase and divestiture assignments; merger and acquisition activities; and valuation services. Professionals in the firm have completed over 400 assignments for manufacturing, distribution, and business service clients. Mr. Johnson holds certifications in the fields of mergers & acquisitions, business counseling and business intermediary services.

Dick Williamson
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, T.D.Williamson, Inc. The company provides a wide range of engineered products and services for the pipeline, gas distribution and refining and hydrocarbon process industries through subsidiaries and branches in 24 countries. He has a long and distinguished record of service on behalf of industry, economic development and civic organizations.
